Noel Harry LEAVER IN ARABIA

Born at Austwick in Yorkshire but his family moved to Burnley in Lancashire when he was two years old. He studied at the Royal College in Kensington and was a successful artist during his lifetime. He had two signatures, his early work was signed in upper and lower case letters followed by A.R.C.A. His later generally more detailed work was signed in all upper case letters without A.R.C.A.
